Inspiration

Mindfulness
| Mindfulness is bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis. It involves paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally. It is also a kind of non-elaborative, nonjudgmental, present-centered awareness in which each thought, feeling, or sensation that arises in the attentional field is acknowledged and accepted as it is. |
Passion

Peace
| Peace is a state of mutual harmony between people or groups, especially in personal relations. Peace is also a harmonious personal state of mind. |

Power

Smile
| A smile is a facial expression of happiness. Feeling good often causes us to smile, however smiling can also make us feel good, feel relaxed and reduce stress. |
Trust

Wisdom
| Wisdom is knowledge of what is true or right coupled with just judgment usually acquired from experience. It can also be learning, enlightenment, discernment or insight. |
